Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef.
Job Duties: The expected duties of the Executive Pastry Chef at Crizali are as follows:

1. Macaron Production:
- Develop and execute a variety of macaron recipes, ensuring each product meets the company's high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Experiment with and perfect new macaron flavors, fillings, and decorations to keep the product line fresh and exciting.

2. Prosecco Pairing:
- Select proseccos that pair well with different macaron flavors, enhancing the overall tasting experience for customers.
- Conduct regular tasting sessions to evaluate the compatibility of proseccos with new and existing macaron flavors.
- Stay informed about prosecco trends and innovations to introduce unique and appealing pairings.

3. Menu Development:
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine a menu that highlights the synergy between proseccos and macarons.
- Design seasonal and special occasion menus that feature exclusive macaron and prosecco pairings.

4. Quality Control:
- Oversee the quality control process for all macarons, ensuring that each batch meets the company’s stringent standards.
- Monitor ingredient quality and freshness, making adjustments as needed to maintain product excellence.

5. Inventory Maintenance:
- Manage inventory levels for baking ingredients, fillings, and proseccos, ensuring adequate supply without overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and proseccos.

6. Hygiene and Safety:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Implement and follow food safety protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.

7. Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, sharing knowledge and techniques to elevate their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products to continuously improve the company’s offerings.
Required Training: at least 12 months of Training as a Baker.
Required Work Experience: at least 24 months of work experience as an Executive Pastry Chef.
Requirement Skills/Other requirements: knowledge and experience in wine selection and pairing.
Salary: $42,474/yr.
